• Locum Rate: competitive - plus paid travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance with tail
• Case Types: General, Endo, Gynecology (no OB), Ortho. Occasional ENT, Dental and simple Vascular.
*Must be proficient in Epidurals and Nerve Blocks*
• Bed:192
• ORs: 6
• Care Team Model: 3 CRNA | 4 MD
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 7a-330p
• Call: Beeper call 1:6 rotation
• Weekend call: Beeper
• Special Requirements: ACLS, BLS, NY license.
• Credentialing: 30 days.
