• Beds: 75
• ORS: 4
• Care Team Model: 4 CRNA | 1 MD
• Schedule: Mon-Fri | 7a-3p & 7a-5p
• Call: Beeper call : 5p- 7a
• EMR: Meditech
• Special Requirements: MI license, NBCRNA, ACLS, BLS.
• Credentialing: 45 days– September 2021 start.
